Intellectual property

iCar for Tesla is an original work published by MXCOD, which owns all rights in it. Protected in particular, without limitation: the iCar for Tesla name and logo, the design and layout of the website, the app and the in-car screen, the icons and illustrations drawn for the service, its alert sounds, its visual identity and colors, its texts - guides, articles, help and documentation - as well as the code that runs it and the databases it builds.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, extraction or reuse of these elements, in whole or in part and by any means, is prohibited without prior written permission. The same goes for any imitation likely to create confusion with the service. Access to the service grants no rights over these elements: it allows personal use, for what they are meant to do.

Third-party elements are the exception, whether described below or credited where they appear; they remain subject to the rights and licenses of their owners.

Tesla, Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y and Cybertruck are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. iCar for Tesla is an independent product, neither affiliated with Tesla, Inc. nor endorsed or sponsored by it. Those trademarks are named only to say which vehicles the service works with.

The trademarks and logos of services reachable from iCar for Tesla belong to their respective owners. Their presence indicates a shortcut to the official site, with no affiliation or endorsement.

Historic monuments come from the French Ministry of Culture's Mérimée database, under Licence Ouverte 2.0. Summaries and photographs come from Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons, under Creative Commons licenses specific to each item. Map tiles and speed camera locations come from OpenStreetMap, under the ODbL license. Charging stations come from the French national charging infrastructure registry (data.gouv.fr, Licence Ouverte 2.0), from Open Charge Map (CC BY 4.0) and from OpenStreetMap (ODbL).
